A Single Star - Poem by Wayne Bowen
Look up at night, how small
we can be.
Look at a star what do you see?
A single star shining alone,
or part of many close to home.
Is the solitary star brighter,
being alone, or gathered with
others close to home?
The only star to guide the way, or
part of those content to stay.
Never put dreams away, but
find a star to guide the way.
Believe in what you can do,
and regrets will never follow you.
