A Song Of Roadside Dog - Poem by chandana Agni Guri
when i was a child my mother cared me with so much love and affection
i have two brother and two sister,
one a big thing came and took my mother away,
after that some one took my brothers and my sister deid in an accident.
i was alone and i grow up with a dogs like me,
i was never eaten a fresh or hot foods,
small childrens used to throw stones on me and i had barken on them but i
had never bitten them.
for my surprise a big thing came again,
i ran towards it to see my mother, my friends shouted not to go, but i ran and ran,
there someone pulled me and pinched me, from then ididn't see my mother and also mother earth.
so those who don't no the value of food and life learn from me a roadside dog.
