A Spell To Bring A Loved One Home Poem by Pete Crowther

A Spell To Bring A Loved One Home

Rating: 4.3

Come lover, come home,
Come from the sea,
Come home to me.
Come through the crests
And the troughs of the waves.
Come through the spray,
Come through the foam.
Come though the winds
And the waters protest.
Come through the fog,
Come through the storm,
The thunder, the lightning
That flashes on deck.
Come through the darkness
Of cold moonless nights.
Steer by the stars
That glitter above.
Steer for the harbour, the haven,
So safe and so calm.
There you will find me,
Loving and warm.

Gorgeous! I really got the sense of being out at sea, cold and alone, then the last lines were like a log fire and cocoa waiting for me. Hugs Anna xxx

If this poem is meant to be the spell, I am sure it did work. If not, your warm words would be more poetnt than any spell. I hope that you shall always bask in the warmth of your beloved ones.

That is beautiful and haunting Peter. Does it work?
