I had a co-worker who did the same thing with the Raven as you have done. It wound through several of the verses, then moved on to Tennyson, and ended up in Twas the Night Before Christmas. All describing an all night programming session at an investment banking clients desk - wish I still had it. Anyway - I like your version too. I tried setting 1st. Dear Bridgid, captivating! I really did enjoy reading this, to be honest I dont think the last stanza works, personaly I might even prefer the poem without it. David
