Although I Wallow In Utter Madness - Poem by Sean Sherrick

Although I wallow in utter madness
I will finally be released
On the day I'm declared deceased
For I surrender to the beast
And have given up my fight with sadness

Days go by...
Time does pass
The grains slip slowly through the hourglass
I beg the Lord this night my last...
Let me die
