America
Turmoil
a raging sea
capsizing our democracy
or
washing anew
our sacred prophecy
Such tests, democracy can and shall withstand. Good poem!

The USA is in great turmoil and I thank you for your words of hope and kindness.
Our present crossroads and definition as a Country, brilliantly presented. I am inclined to believe that the moment is not our very best.Seems that patriotism and care have stayed home.

Call me an idealist, but I believe that my Great Neighbour will rebound and become great again. (No, I'm not a Trump supporter) . With God's help, America will vote in another Kennedy-like president. And this one won't be assassinated! Great poem!
