With sinful hands, painting you in words on a page from heaven.
For sure, You are An Edenic deity of love, light and life;
A refreshing song in a sacred stone.
O Aman!My lyrical heartbeat, My Sweetener, My Angel, My Soul
I adore you my love, You remember?
When I was still in your cozy womb,
In relievingly spare time,
Caressing me by moving hand on belly was your hobby
9 months of suffering and pain but you were stubbornly optimistic;
Really a pain endurer!
Pearls of your idyllic tears pervaded in my veins,
from your skin I was born.
How can I forget that first true kiss of my life,
Which you landed on my forehead and on my eyes.
Oh! I wish you could hear my silent laughters at that time,
When you were teasing and tickling me with your tissuey palms
Your eyes were shedding nourishing light on my feeble body;
You are a saintly light to guide me
With my closed eyelids and eyes of heart,
I could see that victorious smile.
Em, muhinjo bacho, sorru, gutloo,
Ah and so many others of my odd and funny names
So, unversed days went by, and in your couch you lullabied me
In every night, and every day
Cuddling my shivering body after cold bath,
You always warmed the impolite winds.
Dressing me in clothes, warming my passions;
weaving my dreams and kissing my cheeks,
Holding my finger; necklacing the bottle,
Packing the bag and placing the lunch box,
You made me walk on ornated steps of success
My sobs often melted your heart,
but you mercilessly left me apart for schooling hours
Thus my childhood sweetheart, we together marked heartprints
With you I climbed cliffs, I sailed bays,
And you balmed my ruptured knees; puffed my eyes.
Grief and age altered me.
Emotions and mentality matured,
And I am now grown-up child.
Your fears are now bridging up,
Your concerns have deepened, Maa I can sense it all.
In my hardships, you sit on rug, wet your robes,
and you hum the prayer on sacred lips.
Making sure my health is wealth, You feed me on time.
You oil my hair, and polish the scars.
My counsellor, My consoler, My mentor, My Ally,
My love, all are you in one disguise, Ami.
You have lightened the torch of dampless blaze,
in the drowned valley of heart and path.
Your scoldings though are harsh but you have braced my spirit
By patting my back, you empower me
The shoelaces you tightened in past have grounded my feet firmly
So that I can survive in swampy times
Milk of your saggy breasts has repleted me with virtues of faith,
hope and charity are your elements.
And you have perfumed my weaknesses, cured my disease,
and have revived my soul
Your angels encircle me when I bow down and touch your feet
You are bloomy like flower, versatile like nature,
and You're rhythmic like poetry
Dedicated like lover, strong like warrior,
and melodious like adhan, soft like silk.
Your cwtch, the most safe lodging,
beautifully implore you to let me rest; a humble plea
Autumn, the season of changing experiences,
It tells me the way you fall for all.
In winter, You put a blanket on my freezing being,
warming mine and your own blood
In hot humid summer, you solace my aching tension,
And fan my sober moods
In spring, breeze blows gently through your hair,
And you sow the seeds of ageless love.
And in each granule of my sandy skin,
You have carved your name; left your prints.
Graceful is your art, Elegant is charm,
chirpy are looks, ripply are wrinkles
You are the architect of my self, A heaven on the earth
A model of excellence, whose meals rule the world of taste
With your gardening efforts Ami you have eclipsed my dark parts
Your lap is that pillow where I slumber
and wrap in sleep's numbing embrace.
Finest are your choices and selections,
How will I ever go astray
How will I ever leave the hand,
the hand that made me clench the pen
Compassionate, kind and committed queen,
As beautiful as a bride
You are an invaluable treasure.
Proud and blessed I am to have you in my life.
Yours artless daughter, tributes you Ami.
