An Exclamation!

An exclamation!
Everybody shouts,
But nothing happens,
The atmosphere remains unchanged,
All of a sudden.....
A lean stranger shouts,
Soon a furore.....
A great furore stirs the ambience
To the fullest extent,
'But why? '
The wise philosopher thinks for a long time,
Eventually he understands,
'It is because the stranger is the appropriate person for that purpose.'
