Dartagnan Quintana

Andrea - Poem by Dartagnan Quintana

I tell my stories
days of glory
who could worry
about getting buried
I'd rather see the pain of life's haze arise my fury

and there's only been one that I trust
for one that I love
understand of you there's not enough

but I made mistakes
that's part of my fate
quite alright I suppose, for pencils erase
and my life is great
with you I escape

transcendant, life's stupendous
and the sun glimmers
in your eyes like the coal embers

I'm Quintana
your knight in armor
ready for any petty drama
I will pull out the sword and crown if I have to conquer
