Angel

an angel of a face is what i thought;
when i caught an eye full of you,
a smile that wasn't meat for me,
as you clear out the veiw.

a sunset may be pretty,
or may be a moonlight bay would be nice;
but from what my eye saw in the city;
there is no price.

was it the sun that day;
or a light that made it prefect;
a face of an angel im afraid;
that i saw on brook lane.
