Another Small Rest - Poem by Michael P. McParland

In need of just the smallest rest my love,
my alarm is set for two hours recharging, dozing.
Come lie with me and we'll hold each other
in calming peace and contentment sharing our warmth,
feeling the love we desire, need, and want.
Come join me my love for the smallest of rests,
I wand and need you here,
I love you so much.
