Ashley Testerman Of Garner, North Carolina Is A Police Proxy: The Cary, Raleigh Police Use Her Right Now In Covert Ops As A ‘ Quid Pro Quo' Gambit …

Ashley Testerman is a Police Proxy being used
as a 'quid pro quo' gambit presently in police covert
operations—she is holding onto many of my books,
more than two cases in fact, not returning any of them
and I know why—the police are using one of their
standby covert protocols—i.e. inducement—inducing
me to visit her place of work to get them, or to continue
to call her about them—it has been three days since
I first requested she return my books and a brand-new
University of Arizona sports cap to my home, but she
has not complied, and won't until when and if the police
tell her to—paralleling the actions of another young woman
police proxy named Amanda O'nofrio of Greenwich, CT,
who stole several books from me in August 2017 upon
her return to New England and Boston, Massachusetts
from here in Durham and Raleigh, North Carolina …

Ashley is being used as a 'quid pro quo' in this sense—
as police payback for me exposing so many police actors
involved in police covert ops directed against me—herself,
her co-workers Hunter and Lauren, my next door 'neighbors'
Cat Thomas and April Hollingsworth, among several others living on Westcreek Place and Suncreek Court—in sum,
the Suncreek Townhomes subdivision where my wife and I reside—not to mention countless former and present Cary
and Raleigh police officers and staff including I.F. Irvin
Leggett, Charles Dorman, and more than six former and
present local police chiefs and D.A.'s including Winfield
Hunter, Scott Cunningham and Pat Bazemore of Cary,
and C. Colon Willoughby, former Wake County District
Attorney and all Raleigh police chiefs up to the present
beginning with Chief Jane Perlov of the Raleigh PD be-
ginning in April of 2002, the month we moved to Raleigh
after many problems issuing from the Durham PD, its
officers and police chief in the two and a half years or
so we resided in Durham—August 1999-April 2002--
before moving to Westcreek Place here in Raleigh: ici.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Every time when I threaten police with revelations of their heinous crimes committed against me and my immediate family members, the police engage in quid pro quo's, in effect, taking clients and money away from me as is the case with Ashley Testerman, a Japanese language client of mine, now, former client as of Thursday, August 27th of this week.
