At Death's Portal Poem by james watkin

At Death's Portal

Expanded in his consciousness;
Beyond a pilgrim's outlook.
Contracted to what now, world-broad
Fits in the palm of the Lord.
As widely, by which burst of love
Unhinged, for doubt, its door.
Warm led through who's infinite heart
Doth true home feelings impart.
