Be unafraid when the thunder roars

I am in your garden

Mind and body

Which of us is listening intuitively



I am walking towards you

Thinking of how my body yearns for you

For the truth of myself

For the freedom of love

For the eternal knowing

The flow of the waters that I am into the Ocean

A deep unspeakable emotion.....colours and waves

And joining

And calm

And resting

Unfolding

And water flowing on

In the endlessness of you



It is an inward breath that awakens us

I'm calling out my presence

And it echo's back

Fills all the spaces in this forest

Can you hear me

Awakened.......
