Away From Love, Away From You - Poem by Twilite Moon

After all the tears I shed,
I threw away my courage, and fled
I hid my face in shame
I just can't bear to see you in pain
It hurts me so, your suffering
Even more, since it is of my doing

I quicken my pace
Remembering your sweet face
My feet froze
And once again, tears rose
Shivering in the cold,
I felt your warm hold

'' I don't deserve you...''

I then ran away,
No place I can stay,
Not in someone's heart...
