Bad Intentions - Poem by Kaio Clark

You gave me a choice
Save my girl or save the world
You say that a good guy a saves the world
That a good guy helps the people
And a good guy works for greater good
But a good guy wants to help
A good guy feeds the needy
And good guy gives it all
And I never want to help
I never gave a dollar or so
I never gave all my heart
So I know I’m not a good guy
I know I'm not a hero
I just your regular bad guy
You stare at me through a frown
But the world needs a good guy you say
The world needs a hero
The world needs you!
But I shake my head to your disappointment
So you ask me in sentimental defeat
How do you know you’re a bad guy?
I stare down and answer simple
Because bad guys can’t say goodbye
