Beautiful Lady 2 - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Beautiful lady I thank you so much
for all the wonderful beautiful things you do.
I give myself in full to you,
thank you for your kind loving heart and spirit,
thank you for all your understanding
my dear sweet Angel.
You're one of so very few that truly tries
to understand my mental issues too,
why sometimes I get so confused and act
so in a panic I smile for as you say I am a spaz.
Your fun names of love always make me glad.
You are special my only one.
This is not my great poem of thanks,
that will be coming my beautiful lady oh so great.
Right now my head still hurts and mentally,
physically, and emotionally I'm still spent.
I want to be at my best for you so a small rest is do.
Not long I swear to you.
Will you come join me and hold me close?
Rub my face and head while I tell you
all my love and what I hold inside?
It will help recharge me in your awesome love,
because you are my sweet Angel dove.
I will give you the greatest poem of thanks,
because you my dear are my everything.
