Being Me - Poem by Gemma O' Hanlon

Away from the world, I hide in constant sorrow,
Yet close by my heart, in hesitant hope I keep
Those remnants, those shreds of life from which I borrow
Every fiber I weave into my journal deep
Yet light enough to substain me til tommorow
Then at long last will be enough of me to reap.
