Bobo BeesLover

Belinda - Poem by Bobo BeesLover

Your beautiful, wonderful, mischievous face
With those come-to-bed eyes, yet an innocent grace
That enchants me, ensnares me, enkindles my love
Until helpless I cry out to Hymen above
To witness the joy of our blessed release
As our animal passion subsides into peace
And entangled, exhausted, we settle to lay
In the garden of dreams where Hypnos holds sway
Oh to slumber then waken and each morning see
That beautiful, wonderful face beside me
Oh to reach out and touch you, to know that you’re mine
Is my wish, my proposal, for now and all time.

    Hi Bobo.

Loved this, has a really traditional feel, but a universal (although obviously highly personal) subject. Cool.
