Blind - Poem by Danielle Moll

how could you have been so blind
when i tried to give you everything
did you think i was lying
when i promised you the world
and gave you my heart in a bag
i would give anything to have you back
to go back
to travel through time
i would do anything to insure you'd still be mine.
to find the words to say to you
to undo what i did
to re-do what i wrecked
to rekindle what i so dearly miss
i'd climb the highest mountain
dive the oceans depths
anything to have the one i cherish back.
