Boredom Poem by Tex T Sarnie

Monotonous moments like this numb my brain,
causing an inspiration and emotional drain.

There has to be a more stimulating times yet to come,
that will replace this horrendous boredom.

What I need is an exciting moment, so sublime
that the adrenaline rush will blow my mind.

Perhaps, I should change my life's fated path.
Do the unexpected, have a shave, take a bath.

Go out into the world and see inspirational sights.
Live life to the full, with its many delights.

If only it was as easy, as I surmise,
my energy vanishes when I open my eyes.
