Breathing - Poem by Joscephine Gomez

Inhaling, yawning, sniffing, gulping
sucking, slurping, gasping, sipping
exhaling, projecting, resonating, whistling
laughing, giggling, talking, chanting
singing, screaming, scathing, humming
moaning, shouting, panting, crying.

Many colors of life seen and shared....

So much of life expressed by just breathing. Too bad we get so busy that we don't take the time to really breathe. As the song goes........'just breathe'. wise words, Joscephine.
