Broken Heart - Poem by Aishling Unknown
I Hate you.
You stole something from me
Unknown to you
But still my hate rages
My heart now lives in cages
For if it didn’t the love you stole
Would break your soul
And leave you Dead.
Still in my head
I tell myself, my love for you is no more
But in my caged raged heart I will always have a spot of love for you
If only you did to
I wouldn’t sit here writing poems
About my love for you.
But until then, I will wait
‘Cause you mean the world to me
I don’t hate you
I hate myself for not telling you the truth.
Like how I feel,
How you make me feel,
How my broken heart makes me feel
Forget me hating you
This is untrue
I hate myself
For loving you.
