Being a bully makes you loose friends, Being kind makes you get knew friends.
Being a bully can get you in a lot of trouble; Being kind makes people like you more.
Being a bully makes you hurt people physically and emotionally; Being kind helps other people.

A good theme. A good view. It is not 'loose' but 'lose'. It is not 'knew' but 'new'. You can chip in the prose to a more beautiful verse. Try doing it.
