Buoyancy Poem by Jesus Silva

Buoyancy

Let us take a journey

I will make this quick

What you speak of

Is most sick

Sick in terms of significance

Meaningful I could say

How long would we stay?

At a place like this

Look at the clear crystal water

Like blueberry painted windows

Transparent in some ways

Rushing against the shore

Mixes of cobalt, sapphire, and a touch of indigo

Paint the gigantic sky above

Chill hot splashes rubbing across my face

Drips rolls over to the floor of my mouth

Taste of it, is most unpleasant you would say

It is just like sodium chloride in my experiment

Chalky, milky, and smooth pearly clouds

Sun rays gleaming over the snow colored veil

Oh look!

Clouds are changing to something drastic

Could it be?

The sun is going in its casket

Flaming orange red, purple violet cream

The warmth it brings within me

Dive with the limitless species

Their habitation is most surprising

It’s nice to gander this astonishing destination

I just want to go scuba diving
