Calm And Peace - Poem by Michael P. McParland

Thank you my darling for the
calm and peace you bring to me.
All the love and care you give and send
has helped calmed me so I can sleep
and has helped me keep my temper
from going off a few times lately
on other people and things.
You would be so proud at how I've kept
my anger from getting the best of me.
I thank you too though for the calm and peace you send
and the caring love you endlessly give.
You are an Angel of the greatest kind I can attest.

Kira you give me abunbdant calm and peace
and I hope and pray I've made you proud
in endless ways for how I have improved and handled myself.
Thinking of you has helped me through with all
the love and kindness you have sent
I thank you dear for the beautiful woman
that you are and how you have stuck by my side.
You fill me up with calm and peace and I thank you endlessly.

You give me such calm and peace
I cannot thank you enough my Angel Queen.
I so deeply apologize for how I failed you in the past
and I deeply ask for your forgiveness
in the ways I still fall short.
I hope and pray that I can attone and make them up.
You are the greatest blessing I could have.

You have given me such calm and peace to
be here in bed at rest and I ask thee still to
reach out and hold my hand to get further more.
It is still so deeply needed and your further strength
will help keep the remaining anger at bay.
You are an inspiration and true hero to me.
Thank you once again for your calming peace
I love you darling in countless ways.
You are the greatest lady on this earth and I thank
God for you every day in every single way.
