Jez, your first attempt of a Cinquain has turned out to be brilliant.
The melody of the musical words is already flowing down my vein. :)

I've tried Shakespearean Sonnet when I was 20 and still in College...It was published in our school paper...I planned to post it here though its not good enough...After it, did not try again hahaha...it broke my heart💔💔💔.and head!
Actually I am presently writing a Sonnet, entitled, In My Old Age...I'm working on the tenth of 14 lines...whew! !
I doubt if I will finish it haha❤️😊😄😀😂

Part Two. A cinquain has five unrhymed lines. Yep! ! Line 1 has 2 syllables. Yep! ! line 2: has 4 syllables. Yep! !
Line 3: 6 syllables. Yep! ! Line 4: 8 syllables. Yep! ! ! Line 5: 2 syllables. Yep! ! And so well done, my dear. In fact, if a deaf person was reading this, I think they would get a very real feeling about the quality and capacity of sound. Excellent. 10+++++++++++++++++++++++

Part One: Yes! ! ! A serious writer. Looking into different forms of poetry. If you want to break your heart try a Shakespearian sonnet someday.... ARGH, that definitely gives a person appreciation of sonnet writers. I shall be looking forward to see you progressing through the different forms- -I think you will find joy in most of them. I have tried on a cinquain before- -but I shall have to go acquaint myself with its rules. (Report)Reply
