Come Snuggle Up - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Come snuggle up with me my sweet one,
I am so very weary and tired to the bone.
I need a rest bad and want to
have you right here by my side
in each others arms.
Come snuggle up my sweet one
and share some sweet kisses
as we drift off for awhile.
I'll be sending you all of my warmth and love
as I lay my weary head down smiling
and filled with sweet thoughts of you.
Just holding my Angel and the conversations we'll have
feel so happy and fulfilled in the life that we'll share.
Come snuggle up my sweet one in spirit so near
and share peaceful time of rest with me here.
I love you Kira and want you right here next to me
in each others arms feeling so happy and free.
Come snuggle up my sweet beautiful Kira
and just rest with your tired and loving Michael.
You are a miracle and my sweet goddess Angel
and I just want to be with you forever and ever.
So feel my arms around you as I so tightly hold you
and just snuggle up and share some sweet time with me
because I want you my darling and I truly love you
more than anything my darling Kira.
