People given positions,
Would like to believe themselves...
As being intelligent.
To then be compensated,
For the ease to be manipulated.
And accepted to play on the team.
Those who are intelligent,
Are rarely offered a second interview.
Since anyone in a position to hire,
Would find it difficult to fire...
Someone with an opinion,
Who proves to be competent AND competitive.
