Couples - Poem by Gordon Jerome

Listen men and I will tell you true
If your love is failing here is what you do
Forget your anger or your silly pride
Remember most why she became your bride
Talk it out and try to see her view
To fix your problem it may take both of you
No one really wins in a lovers fight
So work together until both sides feel right
Then in this victory both can share
A glorious feeling that you both still care.
'closing thought'
A fight between a couple too often ends in ones defeat
But a problem faced together is a problem you both can beat
