Cracking Funny - Poem by Frank Davis, Sr.

Was recently seated at a dinner table
with two middle-aged women
who were discussing their "laugh lines"-
euphemism, I gathered, for obvious wrinkles.
However, if the facial fissures I observed
resulted only from laughter
my gabby dinner companions
must be
leading lives of near hilarity.

A very insightful piece of work.
A funny write full of delight.
Enjoyed and laughed while reading it.10
