Creepers Of Dreamy Dawn - Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul
Waking up half and sleeping half,
Opening eyes half and closing half,
Wild creepers are extending hands,
Stems and branches with fresh leaves,
Resting on other plants in dreamy row,
With little laziness these smile.
White lovely flowers opening funnels,
These are drinking dew of new dawn,
Green beautiful dream is flashing,
Far mountains and wild date trees
Together these are watching beauty.
Green Earth has worn silver veil,
Silvery seasonal weather recalls,
Creepers opening hands greet dawn,
Great fortune is written in purity.
Breakfast of morning is eaten half,
Half is not eaten as in dreamy state.
But still greenness is not dull,
Full strength creepers have gained,
Soon these will stand to sing song,
Glorifying creator's name forever,
Creepers will move towards paradise.
