with this pounding ache in my head yet another day.

This is about an awful pain you have and feel that does not leave you alone and has taken over your life. What I did not take here was what kind of pain this is. What it the workings of this pain. Is is physical pain? Is it mental pain? I did not see this in the poem. If it is in the poem, I missed it.

This is sad writing. The agony is seen and heard all through this piece; the crying out for help is cruel. All things indicates that you want for this to go away sooner rather than later. My tears to you for your misfortunes and troubles.

In spite of the truth of your life right now, keep hope alive!

    Hope this passes!
