Days Of Our Lives - Poem by Joyce Nawiri

Some days it lights with stars
Other days it burns and scars

Some days it all makes sense
Other days it gets you tense

Some days it makes you climb mountains
Other days it makes you rink from a fountain

Some days you live like you're in a race
Other days it lets you breathing space

Some days you're filled with hope
Other days in despair you will mop

But that is life

In it you got no choice to live
Gamble and hustle till the day you leave
