Dead - Poem by Fernanda Arambula
I wish I could smell the
Grass once again.
I wish I could see the
World as a better place.
I wish I could listen to
Sweet soft music.
I wish I could feel the
I wish I could taste the
But I cant use my senses
Its as if everything shut down
Ever since you're not here.
I wish I could smell the grass
And not the smell of hate.
I wish I could see the world as
Something good, and not blaming
It for my problems every time that
Something goes wrong in my life.
I wish I could listen to the music
And not my heart every time it
Beats slower or as it breaks.
I wish I could feel the rain, but
How will I do that if I hardly even
Feel water go down my throat.
I wish I could taste the sweet
Juice of an apple but every time
I bite into it the only taste I get is
Sour and bitternes in my mouth.
Its as if I'm not alive, but
