Death Of Angels - Poem by Taylor B. Mark

angels fly from the sky,
landing only in the bottomless oceans,
only to drown,
and to fall to the dark abyss,
as the wings flutter,
they sink lower and lower,
lungs filling with salt water,
and blood,
heart collapse's,
halos destroyed,
as his hand swipes down to strike them to the deep down under,
the tide rush's to form waves,
to block out the unwanted hand of G-d
death of angels
