Don't Have Laid Back Love Poem by Gary James Smith

Don't Have Laid Back Love

Rating: 5.0

Don't have laid back love
But pour it on lavishly
Spread it out as much as you can
Remember love is free
Love covers a multitude of sins
The love of God endures
Be found guilty of loving too much
For all your sourjourneying years

Praise God that God is love
He knows its healing balm
And loved this world so very much
He gave of His only Son
Love poured out at Calvary
On your behalf and mine
The shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ
Still stands the test of time

Love rejoicing in action
For the goodness of another
To love our neighbour as our selves
Let's do it sister and brother
I love You Lord I love You
I know Your love for me
Hopefully it can express itself
To love unconditionally!
