Don't know why I'm stuck here thinking about you
After all the lies you told over and over
I told myself I was gonna forget you
But here I am laying here with you on my mind

Your name never seems to fad and I don't know why
Those lies you told tore me into
I don't know why this is hard to burn the memories and move on
It should be easy erasing the talks and your name

But much easier said than done and I don't know why
Maybe it's because I really did care about you
Maybe that's why it's so hard for me to burn the memories
To erase the talks and your name from my mind

Can't believe its been about three months since we last talked
And it's tearing me up inside
I don't know why I wanted you
I don't know why I thought you were different

Because you are just like everyone else
You told me lies I believed and you left
Then you come back and do it all over again
I was blind and didn't want to see the truth

But this time around I'm gonna get over you
Because those lies you wrapped around me tore me up and broke my heart
I don't know why I cared but I did
Don't know why I cried but no more tears will fall

I'm gonna forget you one day
I'm not gonna believe those lies if you come back
One day everything about you will be erased
And I'll be over you for good
