Dreams - Poem by Meghan

I remember 5 years old
open field
I spoke my dreams
into the wind
and breathed
them in again
I exhaled
into balloons
spheric dream worlds
I tied their tales
clutching them
releasing wishes
soaring into heaven
in my veins
settled an eerie sense of wonder
that 30 years later
dreams, as though a message
in a bottle
received, captured
and wished upon

Desire when it stems from the heart and spirit, when it is pure and intense possesses awesome electromagnetic energy; this energy is released into the ether each night as the mind falls into the sleep state; each morning it returns to the conscious state reinforced to the cosmic currents that which has been imaged which surely and certainly be manifesting; you can rely young man upon this ageless promise as surely as you can rely upon the eternally unbroken promise of sunrise and of spring-Swami Sivananda-how true it is in your poem; Great (Report)Reply
