Drifiting Apart - Poem by emily jackson

So close together
And yet so far apart
are you really
Losing space in my heart?
We used to be so close
I loved what we had
what we shared
I Can’t keep it bottled up inside
I can’t stay as close
But I can’t lose you forever
So close together
And yet so far apart
are you really
Losing space in my heart?
