Endless Pain Of Memories - Poem by Alexis Blackmon
The endless pain of memories
my weakness tells me everything
is going to be okay
drowning in my own lies
i dont understand what ive done
i've tried to stop
but im not moving on
The scars remain.
And remind me
of what really happend
The future is mine to take
I'm not surrendering
so take me to the place you call your own
and bury me
dont push me
im ready to die with dignity
ive sold myself shame
moving on from my old life
pickin gup the bits and peices left behind
my weakness if follwing close
it knows im going to fall
the fear comes with my shame
