red-orange molten streams
swell through open cracks
gnarled ancient lava beauty
blisters on Hawaii's
thirsty stone scorched broken back
white rock messages
'Ohelo berries
dare move, erupt with life

Being from Hawaii this poem really speaks to me. Volcano's are a true sight to behold, and it is quite hard to capture them in words but you have done so here. Thank you for this beautiful poem and also commenting on mine Lydia.
