Even The Weeds Have Flowers Poem by Regina Scopelitis

Even The Weeds Have Flowers

Rating: 4.0

God gave us a beautiful world,
To care for and to love.
To marvel at the miracles,
Like rainbows from above.

Of snowfalls on the mountains,
Of brooks and running streams.
Of moonlight helping lovers,
To dream their precious dreams.

Of flowers of every kind and hue,
That only God could know.
He wanted the world to be beautiful,
Because he loves us so.

Just standing here, surveying,
All the beauty I call Eden.
To hold it in my heart,
A little piece of Heaven.

He gave animals a world,
So they could mate and flower.
He also made the weeds to grow,
But even the weeds have flowers.
