Every Leaf - Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

Every leaf serves tree
With supply of food
Green pigments cook
Emotion around we see.

Every leaf is symbol
Love we find in palm
This stands beside tree
Every leaf is life sure.

Attaching life in life
Tree grows older and
Every leaf falls down
New leaf rises to be old.

Rising and falling we feel
Every leaf is beautiful
Beautiful tree is too
But separation is in fortune.

Leaf rises, loves, goes far
In pale yellow sate we need
But leaf does not exist
In deep love sleeps in land.
