Everybody Has Somebody - Poem by Caralee Manfred

It started way when we were young
Such a foolish child i was
Not a soul to call my friend
I was lonely just because
The day we met you were so shy
And i a little brat
I couldnt tell you how happy i was
The first day that we met
We said our hellos and began to play
A silly game of fun
You became out going and i a saint
In reality we both won
But being nice and being friendly
Was not all we recieved that day
True best friends till the end
Is all i have to say.
