Fly Low - Poem by pump princess

Fly low,
Wings spread.
Ahh my destination;
It lies in the distance….
Look there,
straight ahead.
Hard to miss—
All those mistakes, regrets, lies….
Slow down,
Damnit, approach with caution.
Visibility’s low in these dense skies.
These memories, not worth the film,
Just greenware formed in my mind
The shit that scattered on the ground
Never made it to the kiln.
So here it is
Peer deep into my thoughts
For it’s only a mirage
Soon to fade away;
The past tends to do that.
So life, “Bring it on.”
Same old shit, just another day.
