Fools Wish - Poem by Gordon Jerome

Wishes are what Fools dream of
Searching for their one true love
For love is fleeting hardly ever true
And a love like that I have never knew
I have known many and so loved them all
But in love with another I shall never fall
For theres one I love and forever hold dear
Till the day that I shed my last loving tear
So when they lay my bones to rest at last
My love shall forever remain in my past
Heres a fools wish true love you find
May you be their only one of a kind.
'closing thought'
Life without love is such a great waste
Like dining gourmet without any taste
