Forgotten Poem by Frantic Fun

Forgotten

Rating: 5.0

I was there again,
A place of bliss so serene
I was speaking again;
With the trees, the lake, the rocks and the rain.
What had happened of this place;
For all these years is a maze!
It felt like an eternity of happiness;
The smells of the pure sand and floral essence
Amazing were the sights to me
Why were my senses so blind to thee!
I had to row in the river of,
The harsh ways of life,
Not because it was planned so,
Just because I ignored thou!
The innocence, the quest, I left back then,
Making my life so emotionless and joys, forgotten!

Im not sure what this is about but it has an amazing way of flowing together and sounding serene and beautiful. it is surprising to read a beautiful poem like that with a title forgotten. it sounds like it should have been sad, and in a way it was but it felt like it wasnt really forgotten, just lost in the past. amazing description of a place :) well done
