Not of a sorrowing
Swept away
As of what does overwhelm
Songbird's trust.
Above this darkly casting
Storm-wild day;
Sunward; alike in soul;
Soars robust.
In giving voice to this
Feeling nature
Who has for inner turmoil
Not shamed it?
Yet in what hear they, uplifts
Through dawn's lure
As being the world's poets
Do merit!
