Good Friend - Poem by Bridget Bush

You've taken me in and gave me a place
to rest my weary bones
I thank God everyday
that you are such a good friend
You've turned me around
and made me happy once again
When I need to vent
you lend me your ear
and give me a shoulder to lean on
Thank you for being a beautiful person
and such a wonderful friend
